  • How Do I Place an Order?

    Here is our step by step process:

    Add to Cart

    Locate the products you are interested in, choose the quantities and add them to your cart.

    Checkout

    Click on the checkout button, review your order to ensure everything is right and add in the discount code if you have one. Click next and login if you have an existing account or have purchased from us before. If you haven’t logged in before now is the time to create an account.

    Creating an Account

    Here you will need to provide your shipping address, choose a password and provide proof of your age. You can send your proof of age through our handy form or via email. The name and address on the ID must match with the delivery address. Click on the “Create an Account” button and provide a unique user name and password.

    Payment Instructions

    On the “Check-out Confirmation” page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Check out our handy video tutorial here on how to send your Interac payment. Once your payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.

  • What Type of Payments Do You Accept?

    At this time we accept Major Gift cards like (Walmart ,Amazon, Itunes)Bitcoins,Etherum,Perfect Money,Western Union And Money Gram.  Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.

  • Is Tax Included?

    We charge 5% GST which is listed separately on the invoice.

  • What Are the Shipping Charges?

    All orders over $99.00 are shipped free of charge. For orders under $99.00 there is a $15.00 shipping charge.

  • What Happens if I Don’t Get My Package?

    If you don’t get your package two days after the expected delivery date, contact us at medsshop24hours@protonmail.com. We will then immediately start a trace with Canada Post. The Canada Post trace can take up to 5 business days.

  • UPS Post Says Successfully Delivered but I Haven’t Received My Package?

    Typically there are two possible scenarios that could have occurred:

    1. The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.

    2. The most common challenge is the postal worker will scan all of his packages saying they were “successfully delivered” and then spend the next day or two delivering them. If you did not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date please contact us and we will start a trace.

  • The Tracking Number You Provided Doesn’t Work?

    We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 6-24 hours.

  • Replacements

    If your shipment is deemed “not recoverable” by UPS Or FEDEX we will send you a replacement package free of charge up to $200.00. We also will pay for shipping and the package will be sent with the “Signature Required” option.

  • Signature Required Option?

    For obvious reasons,  All shipments must use the “Signature Required” option. We can only insure the signature required option. We know that this is not always convenient but we have had no challenges to date when this option is used.

  • UPS Post Safe Drop Option

    We only insure the “Do Not Safe Drop” delivery option and we will not insure the “Safe Drop” delivery option.

  • How Does Your Price Match Guarantee Work?

    The product must be actively listed and sold by both us and the Canadian competitor. Send us a screen shot or link for the product that shows the product name, price, and company. Price matches are usually only available for identical products from the same manufacturer. Cannabis products like flowers may not always be eligible as the growers quality often varies with different batches. Our craftsman’s quality typically is far higher than our competitors because of their long history and experience in growing. Our price match policy does not apply to close out sales, limited quantity sales or errors on competitive advertisements.

  • What Is Your Refund Policy?

    We treat all refunds on a case by case basis. If your product is defective or incorrect and you want to apply for a credit please contact us at medsshop24hours@protonmail.com. You must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt. If you have consumed more than a sampling of the product we will deduct the portion consumed from the refund. Please note that all credits will take 3-5 days to process and we do not cover shipping costs for the returned product.

  • What do I need to place an order?

    To place an order, you must be over 18 years of age. With every order you will be required to include an address,Your mailing address, which matches the mailing address for your account on our site.
